An American pale-wheat ale, dressed up with an assertive orange backbone accented with subtle vanilla hints, Ebb Tide is neither a summer nor fall brew, landing in that receding and outgoing tide region, when the days are getting shorter and cooler but at high noon you can't tell if the season is coming or going, much like the tides during ebb tide. Refreshing enough to make you think of summer, but enough character to say we're close to fall, drink Ebb Tide at high noon and be lost between seasons. 5% ABV.
