This is an ode to a time not that long ago when West Coast IPA’s ruled the world. We brewed this beer with a simple foundation of American 2 Row malt, then hopped and dry hopped aggressively with Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial. The beer brings forth a bracing bitterness with pungent aromas of dank citrus and sticky pine resin. 6.8% ABV.
